On Saturday, September 3rd 2011 as part of the program marking the 50th anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement, the Museum of African Art along with the initiators of the "Through Time and Serbia" project, the Student Conference of the Universities of Serbia (SKONUS) - will be organising a guided tour through the MAA permanent collection, which will end with an "Open-air Gathering" in the Museum Garden.
The "Through Time and Serbia" project (SKONUS) is based on the idea of introducing and developing an interest among students from non-aligned countries, to study and live in Serbia. The project will include students from Serbia and students from the "World in Serbia" project (students from non-aligned countries currently residing in Serbia, and preparing to live here). The reason for organizing this project is the desire to restore the link between students from Serbia and non-aligned countries. On this occasion we invite all students who wish to share their experiences and learn more about this project, to join the "Open-air Gathering" in the Garden of the Museum which will take place on Saturday, September 3rd at 7 p.m.
*The guided tour is intended only for participants of the Student Conference
